In fact, the city government will spend $1.5 million to deliver one thousand summer openings for teenagers especially in the impoverished neighborhoods of the city. As a part of the city’s program to curb juvenile violence, through this program, a teenager can spend his or her free summer time with worthwhile activities that will not only let him or her earn money but also engage in self-growth.
